How many miles do your shoes have on them? I go back and forth between two pairs at once to allow the shoes to fully recevor in between runs and tend to only allow them to collect 375-450 miles before changing. I just switched to a new pair this week and it feels sooo much better!

I don't think there's anything wrong with a boltte of placebo for your child. I like the suggestion of lavender or rose water. But whatever you think will make her feel better right now is probably a good idea. Because if she's worried about her mommy, then whatever makes her feel better *is* medicine.
